For the Table - Spring Fattoush salad- romaine, cucumber, cherry tomato, avocado, pita, lemon Dijon vinaigrette

Entrees - Choice of one:

Wood fired pork tenderloin- roasted potatoes, charred asparagus, and spring cherry mostarda

Chermoula Roasted Salmon- smoky white bean puree, glazed fennel, Carrot top salsa verde

Cauliflower Steak- Ras El Hanout, forbidden rice, Cucumber tomato salad, bergamont rita

Dessert - California Citrus Olive Oil Cake, Blueberry Rosemary Chutney, Lavender Cream
