You don’t want to miss this holiday luncheon, as you know it’s always the biggest and best event with the most fabulous venue. We also collect donations for a local San Diego charity and this year, we are partnering with ASTA San Diego Chapter.
We are so thrilled to have our holiday luncheon at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort, Golf Club & Spa! This legendary property has completed a renovation recently and is excited to share the changes with all of us. We will be dining outdoors in The Courtyard so please dress accordingly. There will be umbrellas and/or heaters if needed. Complimentary valet parking.
We are excited to work with a new-to-us local charity this year, Travelers Aid Society of San Diego. “The mission of Travelers Aid is “providing connections and solutions that prevent or address crisis.” We provide access to critical service—with transportation assistance as the unifying element in all services we provide—for those who have no other means to reach them. Travelers Aid also provides Information and Referral services as well as limited crisis assistance to visitors to the San Diego Region. We began providing service to San Diego in 1901, incorporating as a 501(c)3 in 1914.” Click here for more information on this wonderful organization.
PROST San Diego Chapter is thrilled to make a monetary donation from our chapter and we are also asking all attendees to participate as well. Travelers Aid Society works with low income seniors, conducts homeless outreach and helps women and children fleeing domestic violence. They are in need of gift cards in any increment for their clients to use at grocery stores or pharmacies that are located in downtown San Diego. Options include Albertsons, Ralphs, Smart & Final, CVS and Walgreens. Any amount helps. Marcy Roke from this great organization will be joining us at the luncheon. Thanks so much for your support!
