Ooo this is exciting - for our October luncheon we are returning to the iconic and fabulous Hotel Del Coronado. Aren’t we lucky! Please join your fellow travel colleagues for our October event. We will get to see long-time PROST supporter, Christina Deroche, and learn all about the recent renovations at this beachfront property.

Our menu is below. We will be dining outside with umbrellas so please plan for sun. Complimentary self parking for attendees, please mention PROST.

Plated Lunch

Salad: Artisan Greens local lettuce, shaved carrots, roasted pears, candied walnuts, sherry vinaigrette

Choice of Entree

Seared Baja Sea Bass heirloom cauliflower mousse, romanesco, citrus fennel, fregola crumble

Roasted Chicken Breast carrot coulis, blue corn polenta cake, braised greens, white wine sauce

Slow-Baked Delicata Squash beet purée, poached baby beets, grilled leeks, couscoue (vegetarian)
