Join us in May as we visit the lovely La Jolla gem, Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa.

Follow your sense of whimsy into San Diego’s secret garden getaway.

Lose yourself in Southern California’s golden rays at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, a hacienda-style resort nestled between San Diego’s seaside villages of La Jolla and Del Mar. Exuding warm service and the sun-drenched charm of rancho-inspired architecture, this hotel features 10 acres of lush gardens, quiet courtyards, and adobe fireplaces. Meandering pathways lead to 210 elegant garden guest rooms and suites, plus world-class amenities, a full-service spa, locally beloved programming and events, and a selection of dining destinations.

We are so excited to see the finished product of their recent renovation (new public spaces, guestrooms and suites) so plan to join us for a tour. The hotel will be hosting site tours starting right at 11:30 am as well as after the luncheon so everyone has a chance to see this beautiful new property. Our new pool bar, The Palma, will be open for a no-host bar if anyone would like to stay for some post-PROST fun from 2pm-4pm after the luncheon.

First Course: Local Greens Salad (GF, VE) - Goat Cheese, Tomato, Cucumber, Walnuts, Cranberry, Estancia Honey Citrus Dressing

Choice of Entrée:

Saffron Basil Marinated Tofu (GF, VG) - Asparagus, Artichoke and Olive Tapenade

OR

Pan Seared Pacific Salmon (GF) - Citrus Pea Risotto, Asparagus, Artichoke and Olive Tapenade

OR

Cabernet Braised Short Rib (GF) - Citrus Pea Risotto, Asparagus, Reduced Natural Jus

Dessert Course: Olive Oil Cake (VE) - Vanilla Whipped Cream, Macerated Strawberries
