Join us in February when we will be visiting a local San Diego favorite neighborhood, Shelter Island - Kona Kai Resort & Spa! Thanks to our host & PROST board member Manda Post for having us this month. We look forward to visiting this luxury island escape in San Diego. Sun, surf and sea are the core of this California-contemporary hotel at one end of Shelter Island. With an adults-only pool, a private beach, an indulgent spa and so much more, there is always something to uncover at Kona Kai. Join us for site inspections following lunch.

We will be dining outdoors with umbrellas. Complimentary self-parking for our attendees.

First Course- Strawberry goat cheese salad: mixed greens, candied pecans, balsamic vinaigrette

Choice of-

Prime flat iron steak: confit yukon potato, chili flake, charred spring onion, port bordelaise

or

Crispy skin salmon: israeli couscous, turmeric-tomato sambal, green onion

or

Ricotta tortellini: creamy red bliss potato, parmesan

Dessert- Chocolate ganache torte: blackberry cabernet sauce, Chantilly cream, toasted walnut
